Orders

Orders are placed online via our website dedicated to professionals.

A VAT number is required in the registration form.

The minimum order is 1 000€ HT for the first one, no minimum imposed for the restocking or following orders. Each reference ordered is made according to variables of multiples to the color or the product which are imposed and visible directly on the product sheet.

Customization and co-branding are possible according to certain quantity criteria. You can send us an email at contact@chabi-chic.com for any information request.

After the validation of your basket, an email will be sent to you within 24 to 48 hours including the transport quotation. It is accompanied by a payment link for the payment of a 50% deposit to start the production of your order. No payment can be made on line on the site because the transport cannot be included directly, it varies according to the weight, the volume and the destination of the goods.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer in €.

If you choose the payment by bank transfer, the delay of reception of the funds varies generally between 5 and 10 days, the transfer fees are at your charge and their amount depends on your bank. The production starts at the reception of the payment on the account of Chabi Chic.

The balance is to be paid before the departure of the goods. There is no VAT or taxes to be paid on handicrafts from Morocco to Europe (except UK-Switzerland among others).

Delivery 

Our production time is from 4 to 6 weeks, except available stocks (permanent collections, some colors). Your delivery can be divided into 2 deliveries (the amount is applied to the weight/volume, you will not pay more).

The availability of the products will be displayed in your basket and we will be able to propose you 2 quotations of transport. Our departures are generally every Friday, the transport times vary from 4 to 15 days depending on the destination chosen.

For France, they are a few working days.

All our shipments are insured and we guarantee the reimbursement of the breakage of the products, as well as the loss or the missing ones.

You have 24 hours upon receipt of your packages to report a problem, with photos.

We offer several delivery options: door-to-door delivery with customs clearance included and all administrative procedures taken care of, EXW Marrakech, sea transport outside Europe, delivery to the airport with customs clearance on arrival at your expense, delivery via your own carrier, we adapt to the needs of our customers.
